Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting operations, GST filing, and Tally. The role requires a proactive individual capable of independently handling accounting responsibilities while ensuring statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally.
Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within prescribed timelines.
Generate and manage GST invoices and E-Way Bills.
Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and other financial records.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and taxation regulations.
Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).




1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
Robust practical knowledge of GST filing, GST compliance, and E-Way Bill generation.
Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
Valuable understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Strong command of English and Hindi (written and spoken).
Excellent email communication and documentation skills.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Skills
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Experience in handling vendor payments and account reconciliations.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

License/Certification
Driving Licence – Preferred

Work Location: In-person (Janatha, Vyttila, Kochi)
