We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-up on sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documents as required
Liaise with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of orders
Track and follow up on leads, prospects, and pending orders
Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
Monitor stock levels and product availability in coordination with the inventory team
Ensure prompt communication between the sales team and clients

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role




Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Pivot Table ) and CRM software
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work well in a rapid-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
Knowledge of inventory or order management systems
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
