We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) English Teacher to join our dynamic academic team in a reputable educational institution. *Responsibilities:*
- Plan, develop, and deliver structured, student -centered English lessons aligned with the CBSE/ICSE/state board curriculum.
- Design and implement lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and classroom activities that promote literacy, grammar, vocabulary, and literary appreciation.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, projects, presentations, and formative evaluations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and collaborative learning.
- Integrate technology and multimedia tools (e.g., smart boards, e -learning platforms) to enhance teaching effectiveness and student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and parents to support student development and address learning challenges.
- Participate in staff meetings, career development workshops, and school events to contribute to institutional growth.
- Monitor student progress and identify individual learning needs, offering remedial support where necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic reports in compliance with institutional policies.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in English (or related field) with a Post Graduate qualification (MA/MSc in English).
- Valid B.Ed or D.Ed certification from a recognized university.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school setting (preferred: 1–5 years).
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, assessment design, and classroom management techniques.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and student needs.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e -learning platforms (e.g., Google Classroom, MS Teams, LMS).
- Commitment to student -centered learning, continuous professional development, and ethical teaching practices.
