Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
Role
To support the installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of low-voltage and safety systems at customer sites. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to travel extensively across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, test, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and customer complaints.
- Prepare site documentation, service reports, and maintenance records.
- Provide product training and technical support to customers and site teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Analyze equipment performance and recommend solutions for improvements.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to existing customers.
- Travel across India as required for project and service activities.
Required Skills and Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Modbus, TCP/IP, and RS485 communication protocols.
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems and safety systems.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing technical reports and service documentation.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
