Triumph Holidays is a growing travel company specializing in domestic and international tour packages, customized holiday planning, honeymoon packages, family vacations, group tours, and corporate travel solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and help customers plan memorable travel experiences.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries for travel and tour packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Convert inquiries into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare travel quotations and itinerary proposals.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain customer relationships.
- Coordinate with operations and vendors for smooth booking processes.
- Update customer records and sales activities in CRM/Excel.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, visa requirements, and industry trends.





Requirements

- 6 Months to 2 Years of experience in Travel Sales, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to convert leads into sales.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages are a plus).

Preferred Skills

- Experience in selling international holiday packages.
- Knowledge of visa processing and travel documentation.
- Experience handling social media or online travel inquiries.
