Vasma Private Limited is an Advertising, Events & Media company based in Vadapalani, Chennai.

We are currently looking for candidates with basic knowledge in Web, Digital & Design (such as Photoshop, Social Media handling, etc.) along with a strong interest in events, Media and field work.

Role Overview:

This is a hybrid role involving administrative management, event coordination, digital support, and on-ground execution. This is not a pure web developer position.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end event planning, coordination, and execution
Handle administrative tasks, internal coordination, and operational support
Manage client communication and ensure smooth project delivery
Coordinate with vendors, teams, and stakeholders for event activities
Support digital activities such as basic design, social media, and web-related tasks
Be actively involved in on-ground event execution and field work





Job Requirements:
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Flexibility to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts based on event schedules
Willingness to travel across India for event projects
Ability to take ownership and handle responsibilities beyond working hours when required
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preference for candidates located nearby or willing to relocate to Chennai

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
