Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects end-to-end — from concept strategy to site execution — while mentoring junior designers and ensuring design excellence across all projects.

This role requires strong spatial thinking, commercial awareness, and deep execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Concept & Strategy

- Lead concept development for indoor and outdoor play spaces
- Translate client briefs into strategic spatial solutions
- Develop zoning plans, circulation logic, and experience flow
- Present design concepts confidently to clients

2. Design Development

- Create detailed layouts, 3D models, and technical drawings
- Work closely with fabrication and production teams
- Ensure compliance with safety norms and material standards
- Review and approve working drawings

3. Client & Stakeholder Management

- Lead client meetings and design presentations
- Coordinate with architects, mall developers, real estate teams
- Manage design revisions within timelines

Execution & Site Coordination

- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is maintained
- Solve on-ground technical challenges
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors

5. Team Leadership

- Mentor junior designers
- Review and elevate team outputs
- Build internal design processes and documentation standards

Skills & Qualifications

- 4–6 years of experience in interior design
- Strong portfolio in commercial, experiential, or retail spaces
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp (or similar)
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and BOQs
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience in play spaces, FECs, schools, or retail is a plus

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
