Responsibilities Report in general shifts at the project site in Vasco GOA Needs to be available online to the HO team Client and the project staff after the shift for any issues to address Coordinate and communicate regularly to Head office in Hyderabad on the Project developments and maintenance Submission of monthly Maintenance bills to the Client as per the SOP Ensuring timely receivables collection from the clients Coordinate with vendors to maintain and up keeping of the project material Ensure all the materials and enough spares are maintained at the site Maintaining inward and outward of materials both in the register and a soft copy in the Google drive Manage and lead team of Data Entry Operators Recruitment of current Data Entry Operators if required Prepare duty Roster monthly and ensure the staff is following the duty Roster Maintain attendance Register both physical and soft copy Attend and fix the issues the gate issues arising in the project Train newly joined Data entry Operators Take regular Database and Application database backup as per the SOP Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Vasco Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Diploma Required Experience Project management 2 years Required Work Location In person
