About the Role:

We're looking for a Thumbnail Designer who understands one thing exceptionally well:

Your primary responsibility will be creating high-performing YouTube thumbnails for both long-form and short-form content. This is a fast-paced, production-focused role where speed, creativity, and continuous iteration matter.

You'll work closely with editors and the content team to develop concepts, test variations, and improve video performance through stronger click-through rates (CTR).





If you've designed thumbnails that consistently drive views and understand visual psychology, composition, contrast, and audience behavior, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design scroll-stopping YouTube thumbnails for long-form and short-form content
- Create multiple thumbnail variations when required
- Rapidly iterate based on feedback from editors and content stakeholders
- Maintain and evolve thumbnail templates, styles, and visual identity
- Ensure thumbnails are optimized for CTR and small-screen visibility
- Deliver organized source files (PSD/FIG) with proper naming conventions
- Stay updated on YouTube trends, visual patterns, and platform best practices
- Collaborate with editors and content teams during working hours
