Dr Research is a professional academic support organization dedicated to assisting researchers, scholars, academicians, and students with research publication and related services. We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to join our growing team.
Job Summary
We are seeking confident and energetic Telecallers with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and providing information about our research publication services.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential clients through outbound calls.
Introduce and explain research publication services professionally.
Understand client requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
Handle inquiries and resolve basic client concerns.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Basic computer knowledge and internet proficiency.
Previous telecalling, telesales, customer support, or business development experience is preferred.
