: Social Media Manager (Education / Digital Content)

Position: Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media Manager who will be responsible for managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating live classes, editing videos, running advertisements, and increasing online presence through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Create, plan, and schedule daily social media posts
- Develop engaging content ideas for posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
- Create and edit short-form videos/reels for social media growth
- Edit educational videos, promotional videos, and class recordings
- Manage live class scheduling and ensure timely updates across platforms
- Upload and optimize videos on YouTube and other platforms
- Create captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and promotional creatives
- Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ad performance and improve campaign results
- Analyze social media insights, reach, engagement, and audience growth




- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Work with the academic team to promote courses, events, and announcements
- Research trending content formats and implement new ideas
- Increase followers, engagement, and online visibility

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and digital marketing
- Creative thinking and content creation ability
- Positive communication and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Basic graphic design skills preferred

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience working with educational institutes or online classes will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time Location: DUM DUM, WEST BENGAL

Salary: 12000/- TO 20000/-(PER MONTH)

TIMING: 12.00 PM TO 8.00 PM

6 DAYS OF WORK(ONE DAY WEEK OFF)
