We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented, and dynamic Senior HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee documentation, HR operations, administration, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong hiring capabilities, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities -
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely position closures.
Build and maintain a professional employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms.
HR Operations -
Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Handle document collection, verification, scanning, and filing.
Ensure accurate maintenance of employee databases and records.
Administration & Team Coordination
Support day-to-day administrative activities.
Coordinate with various departments for HR and operational requirements.
Assist in policy implementation and employee engagement initiatives.
Supervise and guide junior HR team members whenever required.
Employee Relations
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues professionally.
Maintain positive employee relations and a healthy work environment.
Support disciplinary actions and grievance-handling processes.
Required Skills

Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
2–4 years of relevant HR experience.

Mature, responsible, and capable of handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
