Roles and Responsibilities
Area of operation will be 1. Siliguri, Sikkim, Alipurduar, Coochbehar, Jalpaiguri . Local candidates for this area should apply. Office is located in Kolkata (visit once in a quarter maybe)
Use of various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc).
Knowledge of industries of the location is key.
Prior experience in industrial lubes or industrial items, will be preferred.
Evaluate customers needs.
Willing to work hard and do it sincerely.
Attend meeting, sales events and training.
Make reports and provide feedback to management.
Manage your client database within your assigned territory.
Knowledge of industry/road construction/recent projects sites required.
Comfort in use of apps and computer.
Salary and Incentives: 14-20k pm, 15 +15 days of bonus and paid leave,
Incentive based sales which the management works to help achieve.

Note
Candidate must have a bike with licence as this job will entail travel. Fuel charges will be reimbursed.
