Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Regional Sales professional to drive business growth in the Gorakhpur region. The candidate should have strong exposure to power/industrial sectors, along with a solid mechanical/technical background.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and business development in Gorakhpur and nearby regions.
- Identify and develop new opportunities in Power, Steel, Cement, and Oil & Gas sectors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and EPC contractors.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Deliver strong technical and commercial presentations confidently.




- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, execution, and delivery.
- Track market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical /Mechanical).
- 5–10+ years of experience in Industrial / B2B / Power Sector Sales.
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and industrial solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- High level of confidence, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to handle key accounts and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.

Preferred Profile
- Experience working with PSU clients (NTPC, IOCL, BHEL, etc.).
- Exposure to OEMs, EPC projects, or industrial product sales.
- Robust presence or network in Eastern UP / Gorakhpur region.
