About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QA/QC Executive with a background in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Life Sciences to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess robust communication skills, excellent documentation abilities, and a solid understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality assurance assessments and internal audits.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Perform risk assessments and quality analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, SOPs, protocols, and corrective action records.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all quality-related documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends,



regulatory requirements, and best practices in biotechnology, microbiology, and life sciences quality systems.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining SOPs, protocols, reports, and quality records.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause investigation skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control practices within biotechnology or life sciences industries.
