 Needs Assessment: Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and areas requiring training.

 Content Development: Design engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, modules, and hands-on exercises.

 Program Delivery: Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training to both current and existing staff including field team.

 Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, quizzes, and performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.

 Record Keeping: Manage training schedules, attendance logs, and individual progress records

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
