About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Japanese Language Instructor to join our growing team in Gangtok, Sikkim.

The selected candidate will be responsible for training healthcare professionals who aspire to work in Japan. The role requires strong teaching skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to prepare students for professional communication and JLPT examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Japanese language from beginner level up to JLPT N3.
- Deliver engaging classroom sessions using interactive teaching methods.
- Prepare students for JLPT examinations.
- Train healthcare professionals in workplace communication and professional etiquette.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock exams, and progress evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback and student mentoring.
- Maintain attendance records and academic reports.

RequirementsMandatory

- Valid JLPT N3 (or higher) Certificate.
- Minimum 3 years of Japanese language teaching experience.
- Work Experience Certificate (must be presented during the interview).





Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English/Hindi.
- Robust understanding of Japanese grammar and teaching methodologies.
- Ability to teach adult learners effectively.
- Organized, patient, and culturally sensitive.
