Job Overview
The selected candidate will be positioned at the Education Department, Tashiling Secretariat and will undergo practical training on the organization’s digital platform. The role primarily involves enabling Special Educators (SEs) through training and ongoing support, strengthening coordination, and ensuring efficient execution of project activities on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular field visits across Gangtok and nearby locations for coordination and implementation support
- Learn and effectively operate the organization’s digital tools and application
- Conduct training sessions for Special Educators (SEs) on platform usage and workflows
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with SEs and address routine operational challenges
- Support smooth execution of field activities and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain essential records, updates, and coordination reports
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective program delivery
Eligibility & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline (mandatory)
- Freshers and candidates re-entering the workforce are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with frequent local travel within Gangtok and surrounding areas
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Must have access to a laptop and smartphone with stable internet connectivity
- Owning a two-wheeler is highly preferred for local travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
