As part of our digital transformation journey, we are seeking a highly capable IT professional to support manufacturing operations, information security, automation, AI implementation, and IT infrastructure management across our facilities.

PositionSenior IT Executive / IT Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on IT professional with strong experience in manufacturing environments who can independently manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, automation systems, data management, and digital transformation initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Service Management

- Manage desktops, laptops, servers, printers, biometric devices, and IT peripherals.
- Ensure maximum uptime of IT systems and business-critical applications.
- Provide user support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage software licenses, AMCs, warranties, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain IT policies, SOPs, and service records.

Network, Internet & Connectivity Management
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and network security.
- Plan and optimize internet bandwidth requirements for office and factory operations.
- Implement redundancy and failover solutions to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.
- Coordinate with telecom and internet service providers for performance improvement.

CCTV & Security Systems
- Manage CCTV surveillance systems, NVR/DVR infrastructure, storage, and remote monitoring.
- Ensure proper recording retention, backup, and security of surveillance data.
- Support access control and physical security systems.

Server, Storage & Backup Administration
- Monitor server health, disk space utilization, storage infrastructure, and system performance.
- Implement backup schedules, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity measures.
- Manage cloud storage platforms and secure company data repositories.

Information Security & ISMS




- Support implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Assist in ISO 27001 implementation and compliance initiatives.
- Manage user access controls, password policies, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity practices.
- Conduct security assessments and ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information.
- Support IT audit readiness and compliance documentation.

Manufacturing Automation & Industry 4.0
- Support PLC, SCADA, HMI, Industrial IoT, and machine connectivity systems.
- Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for automation projects.
- Support machine data acquisition, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
- Assist in implementation of smart manufacturing initiatives.

AI & Digital Transformation
- Support implementation of AI-based tools across operations, maintenance, quality, HR, finance, and administration.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through technology.
- Support ERP integration, reporting dashboards, and digital workflow solutions.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies within the organization.

IT Asset Management & Data Governance
- Maintain a comprehensive IT Asset Register covering hardware, software, networking equipment, CCTV systems, and digital assets.
- Track asset allocation, movement, warranty status, AMC validity, and replacement planning.
- Conduct periodic asset verification and maintain audit-ready records.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of company data across ERP, DMS, cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Manage digital records, backups, version control, and information repositories.

Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain audit-ready IT documentation and records.
- Support ISO, ISCC, ESG, customer, statutory, and management audits.
- Ensure compliance with company information security and data management policies.

Experience
- 5 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Experience in factory automation and industrial systems is highly desirable.
