Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Office Executive role based in Uttarakhand, India.

The Front Office

Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing reception duties such as greeting guests, answering and directing phone calls, and handling inquiries in a professional manner. Daily responsibilities include managing the front desk, maintaining visitor logs, coordinating meeting room bookings, and ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming. The role involves supporting internal teams with basic administrative tasks, managing incoming and outgoing mail or courier services, and assisting with scheduling as needed.

The Front Office

Executive will also handle basic customer service queries,



guide visitors and clients to the appropriate contacts, and uphold company standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Front Office and Receptionist Duties skills, including managing visitor flow, handling calls, and maintaining a professional reception area.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact effectively with visitors, clients, and team members.

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to address inquiries, provide clear information, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) and familiarity with phone or PBX systems.

Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to punctuality, reliability, and confidentiality.

Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
