Role Description This is a full-time, in office Export Marketing Specialist role based in Jamnagar.

The Export Marketing

Specialist will conduct market research to identify potential international customers and target regions, with a focus on sanitaryware, plumbing, and valve segments. The role includes developing and executing international marketing plans, preparing product presentations, and coordinating digital and offline marketing activities to build brand visibility in export markets. The specialist will manage end-to-end export inquiries, prepare quotations,



negotiate terms with overseas customers, and support the sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Responsibilities also include coordinating with production, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure timely shipments, maintaining customer records and forecasts, and providing regular reports on export performance and market trends.

Qualifications

Strong market research skills, including competitor analysis and identification of new export opportunities.

Proficiency in international marketing and export-focused marketing campaigns.

Experience in export operations, including coordination with freight forwarders, documentation, and Incoterms.

Proven sales and sales & marketing skills, preferably in industrial or B2B environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a related field.

Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Familiarity with metals, engineering components, or sanitaryware/plumbing industry is highly desirable.

Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);

experience with CRM tools is beneficial.
