You will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for overseas clients, bridging the gap between internal teams and global market needs. You will drive customer satisfaction, manage export documentation, and ensure our services exceed expectations.

1. Must have 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
2. Must have proven experience handling US/UK clients.
3. Must be proficient in MS Excel.
4. Must be willing to work Night Shifts (US Shift).
5. Excellent spoken and written English proficiency is MANDATORY.
6. Must be able to attend a Face-to-Face interview in Udupi.
✅ What You Will Do
Account Management : Act as the primary liaison, maintaining strong client relationships and conducting regular status meetings. ?
Operational Excellence: Coordinate artwork approvals, order execution, dispatch tracking, and MIS reporting. ?
Team Collaboration: Partner with Production, IT, Estimation, and Marketing teams to launch recent products and meet revenue targets. ?️
Market Insight: Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and provide actionable intelligence. ?
Problem Solving: Resolve service, quality, or dispatch issues promptly to ensure long-term retention. ?
