CNC Programmer / Senior CNC Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer with strong hands-on machining knowledge and expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on CNC machining centers and be capable of independently developing, modifying, and optimizing programs to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and ensure consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for production requirements.
- Set up and operate CNC machines as required.
- Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Reduce cycle time through process improvements and program optimization.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Support new product development and process validation activities.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve production targets.
- Ensure machine utilization, productivity, and process efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements

- 10–15 years of experience in CNC programming and machine operation.
- Strong hands-on experience in CNC machining processes.
- Programming knowledge of:
- Fanuc
- Mitsubishi
- Siemens
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and machining drawings.
- Experience in process optimization and cycle time reduction.




- Robust knowledge of cutting tools, tooling selection, feeds, speeds, and machining parameters.
- Experience in machine setup, program proving, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of quality requirements and dimensional control.
