Role Description The Business Development Executive (EAP) will focus on growing MantraCare’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offerings with employers, insurers, and partners. This is a full-time, on-site role based in West Paschim Vihar.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and building a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. The role will involve conducting product demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth handover to the account management and implementation teams.





The Business Development

Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations to refine messaging, gather feedback from prospects, and support revenue growth in assigned markets.

Qualifications

- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with a track record of building and converting a qualified pipeline.
- Solid business acumen and understanding of B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, wellness, HR tech, or SaaS environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in account management, client relationship building, and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- Comfort working with targets, CRM tools, and data-driven sales processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to work in office in West Paschim Vihar, with willingness to travel for meetings and events as needed.
- Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative, with an interest in mental health, wellbeing, and digital health solutions.
