Business Development Executive (BDE) – Apollo Dental, Saravanampatti

Location: Saravanampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

Apollo Dental is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive patient acquisition, strengthen referral networks, and increase brand visibility in the Saravanampatti and surrounding areas. The candidate will be responsible for corporate tie-ups, doctor referrals, community outreach programs, and local marketing initiatives to increase clinic footfall and revenue growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Marketing

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build relationships with local corporates, schools, colleges, apartments, and organizations.
- Generate leads for dental consultations, preventive care programs, and treatment packages.
- Conduct field visits and market surveys to identify potential patient acquisition channels.

Referral Network Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with general physicians, specialists, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals.
- Generate patient referrals through regular visits and engagement activities.
- Track and improve referral conversion rates.

Corporate & Institutional Tie-Ups
- Establish partnerships with companies for employee dental check-up programs.
- Promote annual dental wellness packages and preventive dental camps.
- Coordinate with HR departments for corporate health initiatives.

Community Outreach
- Organize dental awareness camps, oral health screening camps, and promotional events.
- Participate in local exhibitions, apartment campaigns, and community programs.
- Enhance Apollo Dental's visibility within the local market.





Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing patients and business partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and inquiries.
- Coordinate with clinic operations and doctors for seamless patient experience.

Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain daily activity reports and lead generation records.
- Monitor conversion rates and achievement of monthly targets.
- Submit weekly and monthly business development reports to management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Healthcare Marketing.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Experience in healthcare, dental, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, or hospital marketing is preferred.

- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to travel locally for field marketing activities.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.

- Number of new patient leads generated.
- Corporate tie-ups secured.
- Referral partnerships established.
- Monthly patient footfall growth.
- Revenue generated through business development activities.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Salary
- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience and performance).
- Travel allowance and performance bonuses as applicable.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
