Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal teams and stakeholders.

- Analyze workflows, business processes, and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities.

- Support product and development teams with requirement documentation, user stories, and process flows.

- Conduct market and competitor research related to EdTech and AI-based platforms.

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and business presentations for management reviews.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, Engineering, and Operations.

- Help track project progress, feature updates, and product enhancements.

- Participate in client discussions, feedback collection, and requirement clarification sessions.

- Support testing and validation of new features before release.

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good understanding of business processes and documentation.

- Familiarity with:





- MS Excel / Google Sheets

- PowerPoint / Google Slides

- Basic SQL (preferred)

- Project management tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp (preferred)

- Valuable communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

- Ability to prepare reports, requirement documents, and presentations.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to commute/relocate

- Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
