Role Description The Academic Manager role at Next Education is a full-time, in office position based in Rohtak. This role involves overseeing academic implementation of Next Education products in partner schools, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring classroom usage to align with prescribed curricula and learning outcomes.

The Academic

Manager will support teachers through training, coaching, and classroom observations, ensuring effective use of digital content and tools. Daily responsibilities include reviewing academic performance data, identifying learning gaps,



and collaborating with school leadership to design interventions and improvement plans. The role also includes coordinating with internal product and content teams, preparing academic reports, and regularly engaging with stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications Strong foundation in Education, with experience in school or K–12 environments and familiarity with curricula and pedagogy.

Proficiency in Educational Management, including academic planning, stakeholder coordination, and implementation of learning solutions.

Hands-on experience in Curriculum Development, lesson planning, and aligning content with learning standards and assessments.

Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to conduct training sessions, present insights, and build collaborative relationships with school staff.

Solid Analytical Skills to interpret academic data, track learning outcomes, and recommend targeted academic interventions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field; B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent qualification is preferred.

Prior experience in an academic coordination, academic manager, or instructional leadership role is an advantage.

Comfort with educational technology platforms and digital content; ability to guide teachers in using edtech tools effectively.

Ability to work on-site in Rohtak, manage multiple schools or projects, and travel locally as required.

Pay Scale: 20000/- to 48000 in-hand
