Role and Responsibilities:

·Responsible for managing the day-to-day health, and reporting of the core DATA Centre infrastructure facilities

·Experience with Dell / HP Rackmount and Blade Servers & Storage Systems.

·Work directly with third party engineers, including security access and delivery of equipment

·Fault finding complex hardware issues directly with vendors

·Manage and Coordinate activities related to hardware decommissioning, rack moves and services migration within various Data Centres

·Understanding and hands on experience on Windows & Unix Operating systems, FTP / File Serers.

·Change Management - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and ensure proper communication to all stakeholders

·Backup operations management

·DATA Centre Inventory Management

·Manage and coordinate with vendors to resolve any incidents during emergency situations

·Regularly inspect and evaluate physical condition of facility

·Ability to work with Microsoft Office 365 suite, Excel, Power Point, Word and Mail applications

·Business Acumen - Knows how business works
