Centre Head – EuroKids Preschool Vijay Nagar, Patna

EuroKids Preschool Vijay Nagar is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Centre Head to lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, organizational, and parent engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool.
Lead and supervise teachers and support staff.
Ensure smooth implementation of the preschool curriculum and activities.
Conduct parent counselling and admission discussions.
Build robust relationships with parents and the local community.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child care.
Monitor staff performance and support professional development.
Achieve admission and enrolment targets.
Handle administrative responsibilities and maintain records.
Ensure compliance with school policies and operational procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 2 years of experience in school or preschool administration preferred.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong team management and organizational abilities.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Experience in admissions counselling and parent interaction preferred.
Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Job Type: Full time
Location: Vijay Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna, Bihar
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Location Preference:

Candidates residing within a 5 km radius of Vijay Nagar, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna will be preferred. Local candidates are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
