Role & Responsibilities
Manage and drive business through Super Stockists across Karnataka.
Maintain robust relationships with existing distributors and ensure business growth.
Appoint and develop new distributors in identified markets.
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Monitor market activities, competitor movements, and retailer feedback.
Ensure timely collection of payments and stock management.
Lead market visits, distributor meetings, and sales reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile
58 years of sales experience in Mobile Accessories, Consumer Electronics, FMCG, or Telecom distribution.
Robust network of distributors and channel partners across Karnataka.
Proven track record in distributor appointment and business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
