We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented Estimators to join our team in Edappally. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to accurately estimate project costs for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
Analyze drawings, blueprints, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Calculate materials, labor, and resource requirements
Perform cost analysis including materials, labor, equipment, overheads, and profit margins
Prepare and maintain estimation reports and documentation
Coordinate with project and design teams for accurate estimation
Use historical data and unit rates for exact cost evaluation
Requirements:
B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an Estimator (2 positions available)
Experience in residential and commercial projects
Solid knowledge of BOQs, drawings, and technical documents
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary:
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,946.76 per month
