Job Overview

Spectrum Solar Power is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to support the promotion of solar power systems in tirur , malappuram and nearby areas. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining solar solutions, and coordinating with technical teams to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential residential and commercial customers for solar power systems
- Provide technical explanation of solar solutions, system capacity, and benefits
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits when required
- Prepare basic system proposals and assist in project discussions
- Coordinate with installation and engineering teams for project execution
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities




- Support achievement of monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
- 1–3 years experience in technical sales / solar sales / engineering sales
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical components
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits

Salary & Benefits

- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + performance incentives
- Travel allowance for field visits
