We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 4+ years of experience to manage accounting and bookkeeping operations at one of our prime client locations in Electronic City, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in core accounting principles, excellent communication skills for client handling, and the ability to hit the ground running.

Position: Accountant / Senior Accountant

Experience: 4+ Years

Qualification: B.Com Graduate or CA Inter

Location: Electronic City, Bangalore (On-site / Client Location)

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 15 days)

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping & Core Accounting

- Maintain and update daily accounting records, journals, and ledgers with high accuracy.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including vendor invoicing and timely client collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, cash flow tracking, and inter-company reconciliations.

2. Financial Reporting & Compliance

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;).
- Handle day-to-day statutory compliance, including data preparation for GST, TDS, and PT filings.
- Coordinate with internal auditors and the core finance team to ensure smooth year-end audits.

3. Client & Stakeholder Management





- Act as the primary point of contact for accounting queries at the client site.
- Ensure data confidentiality and strictly adhere to client-specific financial guidelines and timelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Com degree or CA Inter.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in core accounting and bookkeeping.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel (Advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables), and standard ERP systems.
- Location: Must be willing to work on a full-time basis out of the client location in Electronic City, Bangalore.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills (English and local language preferred), and a proactive attitude.
