Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through calls.
- Provide excellent customer service to international clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate sales opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Negotiate effectively with customers to close sales deals.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in European shift timings.
- Good computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the German language will be considered an added advantage.
- Previous experience in international customer support or sales is preferred.
- Experience dealing with European clients is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar, Punjab (Amritsar): Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
