Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team for our projects in Dahej. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, managing labor, and ensuring technical accuracy in measurements and billing.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution: Handle day-to-day on-site operations and ensure work is completed as per technical specifications.
- Technical Operations: Proficiently handle Auto Level instruments and accurately interpret structural/architectural drawings.
- Documentation & Billing: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and handle Joint Measurements. Responsible for accurate Bill Preparation and submission.
- Planning & Estimation: Manage project planning and material estimation to ensure cost-efficiency and timely completion.
- Management: Efficiently manage labor teams on-site and maintain high productivity.
- Client Coordination:



Deal with clients professionally, providing project updates and handling requirements effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid on-field experience.
- Relocation: Must be willing to reside in Dahej (Mandatory).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of BBS, Estimation, and Site Execution.
- Communication: Ability to handle clients and manage laborers effectively.
