About Us

We're Spectadors, a creative marketing and production agency creating high-end commercials, social media campaigns, AI-generated content, podcasts, and branded films for leading brands.

We're looking for an editor who doesn't just edit videos—but understands how to use AI to create them.

What You'll Do

- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, podcasts, and ad films.
- Create motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
- Build cinematic edits using Premiere Pro.
- Generate AI images and videos using the latest AI tools.
- Turn scripts into complete visual stories using AI workflows.
- Upscale, animate, and enhance AI-generated visuals.
- Work closely with our creative team to bring concepts to life.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects
- Understanding of motion graphics and basic VFX
- Good sense of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and transitions
- Ability to color correct and polish edits
- Good communication and teamwork

AI Skills (Highly Preferred) You should already know—or be excited to master—tools like:
- ChatGPT
- Claude
- Midjourney
- Google Veo / Flow
- Kling AI
- Higgsfield
- Runway ML
- Flux




- Topaz AI
- ElevenLabs
- Adobe Firefly
