Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Tele Counsellor responsible for engaging with prospective students over calls, understanding their study abroad or education-related queries, providing initial guidance, and identifying potential leads. The role involves pre-counselling, CRM management, and seamless handover of qualified leads to senior counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make 70–80 outbound calls per day to student leads provided by the organization
- Engage students in meaningful conversations and build rapport
- Understand student requirements such as:
- Study destination preference
- Course interest (UG/PG/MBA etc.)
- Budget and eligibility
- Provide basic information and pre-counselling support regarding courses, countries, and universities
- Identify interested and qualified leads and forward them to senior counsellors for detailed counselling
- Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM on a daily basis
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely callbacks
- Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion quality benchmarks
- Coordinate with counselling and admission teams for smooth lead transition




- Maintain professional communication and student engagement throughout the process

CRM Responsibilities:

- Update call status (connected, not interested, follow-up, converted, etc.)
- Log student details accurately after every interaction
- Schedule follow-ups and reminders
- Maintain clean and organized lead pipeline
- Ensure zero data duplication or missing entries

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English and Bengali language (Verbal and Written)
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (70–80 calls/day)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
- Strong listening and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in telecalling / sales / education counselling

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
