About the Project

We are a premier real estate development firm in Jabalpur, currently launching a flagship, premium gated plotted layout on the city's outskirts. This luxury project features high-end infrastructure, modern amenities, and beautifully landscaped green spaces, offering a sophisticated lifestyle and excellent investment potential. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated sales professionals to join our core team and drive inventory liquidation for this prestigious township.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of our premium plotted layout. You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial lead engagement and project presentations to conducting high-touch site visits and closing deals. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of Jabalpur’s local real estate market, a proven track record in high-value asset sales, and the consultative communication style required to build trust with premium buyers and investors.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management & Conversion

- Actively follow up on high-intent inbound leads generated through digital marketing, corporate channels, and walk-ins.
- Conduct detailed, highly professional project presentations explaining the layout's unique selling propositions (USPs), master plan, future appreciation potential, and infrastructure highlights.
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline using CRM tracking tools.

Site Visits & Relationship Building
- Schedule and conduct personalized site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the layout, upcoming amenities, and neighborhood connectivity.
- Understand the specific needs of premium buyers (lifestyle upgrades, long-term investments, or ancestral asset building) and consultatively pitch appropriate plot sizes and locations.
- Build and maintain strong,



long-term relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), doctors, business owners, and corporate professionals in Jabalpur.

Channel Partner Collaboration
- Onboard, brief, and maintain active relationships with local real estate brokers and channel partners to drive indirect sales for the project.

Sales Closure & Compliance
- Handle price negotiations, offer structures, and payment plan presentations professionally to drive quick closures.
- Assist clients through the initial booking token process, documentation, and handover to the customer relationship/legal team for registration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of core sales experience. Experience in premium real estate (residential plots, luxury apartments, or villas) is preferred. High-ticket sales experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or automobiles will also be considered. We are also open to employing motivated freshers
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Jabalpur's geography, premium residential pockets, and client demographics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and persuasive communication skills in Hindi and English. Ability to present layout layouts with clarity.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and a 2 wheeler for regular client meetings and site visits.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using up-to-date smartphone apps, WhatsApp Business, and basic CRM or Microsoft Excel tracking workflows.
