Production Chemist – Food / FMCG Industry

We are hiring a Production Chemist for our food manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for handling bakery production processes, maintaining product quality, monitoring formulations, and ensuring smooth production of cakes, pastries, patties, confectionery, and other bakery products as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day production of cakes, pastries, patties, confectionery, and bakery products
- Monitor batch preparation, mixing, baking, cooling, finishing, and packaging processes
- Ensure correct formulation, ingredient measurement, and recipe compliance
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, freshness, appearance, and product quality
- Coordinate with QC/QA team for in-process quality checks and product standards
- Maintain batch records, production reports,



and process documentation
- Ensure hygiene, GMP, food safety, and cleanliness in the production area
- Minimize wastage and improve production efficiency
- Support recent product trials, process improvements, and troubleshooting in bakery production

Requirements:

- B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry / Food Technology / related field
- 3–4 years of experience in Bakery / Food / FMCG / Confectionery Industry
- Experience in production of cakes, pastries, patties, bakery, and confectionery items
- Knowledge of bakery ingredients, formulations, baking processes, and production standards

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
