ABOUT GAEA

Gaea Purpose Driven is a CRO-first growth agency for D2C brands. We work with Shopify brands across India, Dubai, and UK/US markets turning their websites into conversion engines while keeping brand identity intact. We're not a template agency. We're diagnosis-first, data-led, and psychology-obsessed. Our clients don't come to us for pretty designs — they come because they've hit a conversion ceiling and need someone who can actually break through it. Current clients include DameHealth, Studio Covers, Rapid Dry Towels, Betta-Sleep, Anavrin, Sokin Wellness, and growing.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Lead Generation Intern to own the top of our sales funnel. You'll be responsible for finding, qualifying, and warming up D2C brand prospects so our founder can focus on closing. This is a high-volume, high-ownership role — you'll be measured on pipeline output, not hours logged.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified D2C Shopify brand prospects across India, Dubai, and UK/US

- Research prospects: analyze websites, traffic signals, ad activity, and conversion gaps

- Run outbound campaigns across LinkedIn and email — prospecting, sequencing, and follow-ups

- Qualify inbound leads and route them with a clear brief

- Draft personalized outreach messages, connection requests, and follow-up emails

- Maintain and update the lead tracker (163+ active prospects across stages)

- Prepare discovery call briefs for the founder before every sales call

- Track reply rates, open rates, and pipeline metrics weekly

- Experiment with messaging angles and report what's working

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Solid written communicator — you can write a cold message that doesn't read like one





- Research-driven — you know how to find signal in a brand's website, ad library, and reviews

- Comfortable with volume — 50 to 100 touches a week without burning out

- Organized and self-directed — you build systems to stay on top of a large pipeline

- Commercially aware — you understand what makes a brand a good fit, not just a contact

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any field)

- Excellent written communication in English

- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting

- Own laptop and stable internet connection

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to have:

- Prior experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or sales support

- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Hunter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Clay

- Understanding of D2C ecommerce, Shopify, or digital marketing

- Experience in an agency or early-stage startup

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

SELECTION PROCESS

Step 1: Application review (3–5 days)

Step 2: Screening call (15 minutes)

Step 3: Practical outreach task (1–2 days)

Step 4: Final interview with founder (45 minutes)

Step 5: Offer within 48 hours

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
