Job Opening: Mechanical CADD Trainer

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mechanical CADD Trainer to deliver practical, industry-oriented training in Mechanical Design and Drafting software. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge, hands-on experience with Mechanical CAD tools, and a passion for mentoring students and professionals.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Deliver classroom and practical training on Mechanical CADD software and engineering concepts.

✔ Train students in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX CAD, Autodesk Inventor, and related Mechanical Design tools.

✔ Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and project-based learning modules.

✔ Conduct hands-on sessions in 2D Drafting, 3D Modeling, Assembly Design, Detailing, and Sheet Metal Design.

✔ Guide students on real-time projects and industry applications.

✔ Assess student performance through assignments, practical tests, and project evaluations.

✔ Update course content in line with current industry standards and software advancements.

✔ Provide technical support, mentorship, and career guidance to students.

✔ Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and training records.

✔ Support placement activities through technical interview preparation and project guidance.





Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

✔ 1–3 years of experience in Mechanical CADD training, teaching, or industry practice (preferred).

✔ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX CAD, and Autodesk Inventor.

✔ Proficiency in 2D Drafting, 3D Modeling, Assembly Design, Detailing, and GD&T.;

✔ Good understanding of Engineering Drawings, Manufacturing Processes, and Design Standards.

✔ Knowledge of Product Design, Sheet Metal Design, and Mechanical Components.

✔ Ability to conduct practical sessions and guide students on projects.

✔ Strong communication and presentation skills.

✔ Relevant certifications in Mechanical CAD software will be an added advantage.
