Job Summary

Purplle is looking for energetic, customer-focused, and beauty-passionate individuals to join our retail team in Malappuram. The Beauty Adviser will assist customers in selecting the right skincare, makeup, haircare, and personal care products while delivering an excellent shopping experience and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty and skincare products.
- Demonstrate product application, features, and benefits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new launches.
- Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the store and product displays.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and billing activities.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, skincare routines, and product knowledge.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification:



Plus Two / Higher Secondary or above.
- Experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, salon, or FMCG sales is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for beauty and sales can also apply.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is preferred.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
- Presentable personality with valuable grooming standards.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
