We are hiring a dedicated Field Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate truck deliveries and documentation across West Bengal This is a highly mobile role requiring extensive travel to various sites to ensure the smooth unloading of goods secure collection of signed documents and timely return of paperwork to the main office Key Responsibilities On-Site Coordination Travel to delivery locations throughout West Bengal to meet trucks and supervise unloading operations Documentation Ensure all delivery documents PODs challans etc are correctly signed stamped and collected from receiving parties Logistics Travel Plan efficient travel using the West Bengal train network frequent overnight stays are required Reporting Safely and promptly return all collected signed documents to the central office Required Skills Qualifications Fluent in Bengali Mandatory Expert Knowledge of West Bengal train routes and general travel logistics Willingness to travel extensively and stay overnight on short notice Reliable highly organized and excellent communication skills Experience in logistics documentation is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Advantages Commuter assistance Work Location In person
