Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager role based at Nirali Dhani The Ethnic Resort in Jodhpur.

The Sales

Manager will identify, develop, and manage corporate, leisure, and group business to increase room bookings, events, and overall revenue.

Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, maintaining relationships with travel agents, corporate accounts, and event planners, and conducting property visits and presentations. The role involves preparing sales plans, monitoring market trends, creating proposals and contracts, and negotiating rates in line with the resort’s pricing strategy.

The Sales





Manager will collaborate closely with the operations, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences, accurate forecasting, and timely reporting of sales performance.

Qualifications

- Proven skills in sales planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation within hospitality or related service industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Experience with basic sales reporting, CRM or reservation systems, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Good understanding of hospitality or resort operations, preferably with exposure to cultural or experiential properties.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets under time-sensitive conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience in hotel or resort sales, event sales, or travel trade sales is highly beneficial.
- Comfort interacting with guests and clients from varied cultural backgrounds; knowledge of local Jodhpur/Rajasthan market is a plus.
