Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and passionate UI & UX / Graphic Design Faculty member to train students in industry-relevant design tools and concepts. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals with hands-on software expertise and the ability to mentor students from foundation level to portfolio-ready professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver structured classroom training in UI & UX and Graphic Design, covering both theory and hands-on practical sessions.
- Teach core design tools: Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Dimension, and Notion for workflow/documentation.
- Guide students through the complete UI/UX process — research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
- Develop and update curriculum, assignments, and live/industry-style projects in line with current design trends.




- Mentor students on portfolio building and prepare them for placement interviews and industry expectations.
- Evaluate student performance through structured assessments after every module/semester.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the academic and placement teams to ensure students are job-ready.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of professional or teaching experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX and graphic design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to teach and mentor students.
- Sound knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Prior teaching/training experience will be an added advantage.
