What You'll Do
Counsel prospective students and working professionals on our career-oriented programs.
Connect with leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend the most suitable courses.
Build strong relationships through regular follow-ups and convert inquiries into admissions.
Handle objections, resolve queries related to courses, fees, career opportunities, and learning outcomes.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student journey.

What We're Looking For




Experience in Admission Counselling / Education Counselling / Academic Sales / EdTech Sales .
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
