Hiring: Chartered Accountant

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Chartered Accountant to become the Finance Partner to the Founder, not just an accountant.

This role is for someone who can take complete ownership of finance, build strong systems and controls, and simplify the founder’s life by managing the finance function independently.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete accounting and financial management of the Private Limited company.

* GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory compliances.

* Company accounting, financial statements and bookkeeping.

* Income Tax Returns for the company, promoters and family members.

* Tax planning and tax-efficient financial structuring.

* Payroll processing and statutory compliance.

* MIS reporting,



cash flow management and financial analysis.

* Build SOPs, improve accounting processes and strengthen internal financial controls.

* Coordinate with auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Chartered Accountant with 3–8 years of relevant experience.

* Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, TDS, Audit, Payroll and ROC compliances.

* Experience working with a Private Limited Company.

* High ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.

We are looking for someone who makes the founder’s life easier by taking complete ownership—not someone who adds more work to the founder’s plate.
