Social Media Manager (All Channels)

EXPERIENCE: 1 year of professional social media experience managing brand accounts.

QWR is hiring a Social Media Manager to own and grow every social channel across two brands, QWR, our deeptech XR hardware company, and HUMBL, our voice-first AI. You will lead the day-to-day social strategy, the content calendar, publishing, community, and performance across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. This is an ownership-heavy role for an early-career manager who thinks in strategy and outcomes, not one-off posts, and who can hold two distinct brand voices at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own the social strategy and content calendar across all accounts for both brands.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content daily, maintaining a consistent posting rhythm on each platform.
- Grow followers, reach, and engagement against clear monthly targets.
- Write platform-native captions, hooks, and copy tailored to each channel.
- Brief and coordinate the designer, video editor, and content team to produce assets on time.
- Run community management: respond to comments and DMs and engage in relevant conversations.
- Track performance in native analytics, report weekly on what worked, and iterate.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm changes, and translate them into action.
- Coordinate creative and audiences with the performance marketing side to support paid social.
- Keep the two brand systems and voices distinct and consistent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- 1 year of professional social media experience managing real brand accounts,



not personal ones.
- Proven ability to plan and run a content calendar across multiple platforms.
- Solid writing: platform-native captions, hooks, and short-form copy.
- Comfort with scheduling and analytics tools, including Meta Business Suite and native insights.
- A clear understanding of what drives reach and engagement in 2026, including watch time, sends, and saves.
- Basic hands-on ability in Canva or Figma to make quick edits without waiting on the designer.
- Strong organisation and the ability to run several accounts without dropping the ball.

NICE TO HAVE

- Short-form video sense: scripting or editing reels.
- A track record of growing an account from small to meaningful scale.
- Familiarity with paid social fundamentals (Meta Ads).
- Community-building or influencer-coordination experience.
- Interest in hardware, XR, or AI products.
