Driven Properties India — is launching its Commercial Real Estate vertical, and we're looking for someone to lead it from the front.
This is not a senior sales executive role.
This is a leadership mandate. You will own the commercial vertical, build the team under you, and be accountable for its revenue from day one.
What you'll own:
→ Sourcing and closing commercial transactions across office, retail, and warehousing
→ Building and managing Hyderabad's most productive commercial brokerage team
→ Developing direct relationships with corporate occupiers, institutional investors, and Grade A developers
→ Representing the Driven brand in the commercial segment across Hyderabad's fastest-growing micro-markets
What we're looking for:
→ 5+ years in commercial real estate — not residential
→ Proven deal closures across Grade A office,



retail, or industrial assets in Hyderabad
→ Existing networks with developers, corporates, and institutional clients
→ Someone who leads from the front, not from a desk
