Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with speech, language, and communication challenges in a multidisciplinary clinical setting. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting standardized evaluations, developing individualized therapy plans, and delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy sessions. The role involves close collaboration with families and caregivers, offering guidance and home programs to support generalization of skills.
The Speech Language Pathologist will work closely with other professionals to coordinate care, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and participate in team meetings and case discussions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular presence at the clinic and active participation in the center’s collaborative care model.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and management of Speech disorders.
Candidates should possess clinical expertise in Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.
Candidates should possess knowledge and practical skills in assessment and intervention for Dysphagia.
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, with relevant professional registration or licensure as applicable.
Experience working with children in early intervention or pediatric settings, preferably in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to create individualized treatment plans, document care accurately, and use evidence-based practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills for working with children, families, and colleagues.
Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and participation in professional development activities.
1 -3 yrs experience required.
